Above is an example of one of the concepts presented. The colour palette used is rich yet soft and gives the development a welcoming feel. Oak trees were featured at the site, hence the use of Oak within the name and imagery on the cover. I created a mood board, feature wall paper and researched furniture for the sales suite which a CGI artist used to create the Show Room visuals.
